The Heart Next Door was born from a truth many mothers share — that even with great support, pregnancy and motherhood can still feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating at times. After walking through her own difficult birth and recovery, our founder, Terranie Clarke, imagined something better: a village that no mom has to search for.

This app was created so mothers everywhere could feel supported 24/7 — with smart check-ins, journaling tools, guidance, and a caring community that turns isolation into connection and stories into strength.

When mothers feel fully supported, families thrive — and when families thrive, the world around them does too.
